Finally, my long time dream to launch this site had come true and I wanted to dedicate it to all parents like you who want to make sure that your kids are really getting the right and quality education they deserve.

Filipino parents like you and me put so much weight on education.  We can't blame ourselves for that.  Money is hard in the Philippines that we felt shortchanged if we found out later that our kids are not getting the best bang for our pesos.  (I am a living testimony to this disappointing situation).  With so much to pay for private education,

we have to come together and help each other pinpoint which schools are performing well or not and monitor if they are keeping up with their promises.

Frustration and lack of information.  This is the very reason why we need a venue where we can find a collective gathering of minds, experiences and information that will guide us in making the right and best decisions for our kid's future.  I am in this situation every single year.  I always look for the best school that I can afford for my kids to prepare them in this competitive world.

This website will attempt to review, most if not ALL, schools within the Philippines wherever they may be (that's my grand plan).  We will post Pinoy school information individually with our own review and for review thereafter by parents and students who have been there (done that) or have some information regarding the school.  My idea is to get all our thoughts, comments, experiences and observations together and put them all here for others to see.  Yes, there will be differing opinions and thoughts but your votes through our rating system will help us validate the rating a school deserves.  This information, once collated by this website, will become a powerful tool that you and I can use to evaluate your kids education provider here in the Philippines.

On improving our dying education system, I believe that a site like this will now empower the parents to give performance appraisals to schools.  The schools in turn will find out that performing under the eyes (and scrutiny) of these parents will pressure them to keep their commitments and promises and most of all be the best they can be.  I believe that this site will create a real competitive landscape for all schools within the Philippines through our rating system.  In a real terms, this should be the case in the first place.

Please check this site from time to time and participate in our discussions.  We will require all those who want to comment to sign up before you can comment so that only validated users will be allowed to praise, commend, bash or slam any school based on their performance.
